I pay your money but they have not remove it from my repayment
They messaged me to send my repayment, and I did so, but they have not removed it from my loan repayment list.

I paid an over shortgage amount online to Rocket Mortgage due to the fact they had my home insurance higher than the premium is. After confirming the lesser home insurance, i spoke with Kim a manager who was rude as *** and had no knowledge of what she was talking about.
I paid $468 to the shortgage but insurance sent a $300 refunded regarding the over premium payment, so question is where is the $168 dollars paid into the shortgage that is now lowwr than $1168 to $865 premium?
But the still the monthly payment went up $14. I will be canceling this loan or not paying another dime on the loan.

As of today at 4:30 pm, I was informed by my realtor that the closing on my home has fallen through. Therefore, my house is going back on the market on Friday 8/2.
In addition, Rocket Mortgage told my Insurance Company, Geico, that I had a closing on 7/8 which I did, but it was extended. I had 4 extensions as of 7/26 and so my Homeowners Insurance is to be cancelled on 8/5. I did not foresee this happening. I now don't know when my house will be resold.
I just wanted to let you folks know my situation. I need the email address to apply for assistance again, although I was told I wouldn't get it. I can still only pay $1317 on the 4th Wednesday of each month. So, I'm just informing you of what's happening to me here in Saginaw, MI 48638.
I believe you folks should call Geico and notify them that the information you gave them was incorrect and I need my homeowner's insurance re-established. Thank you, Linda Kalenak.
Preferred solution: notifacation of receiving my email NOT pissed just wanted Rocket Mortgage to know where theyput me after I'm already behind and Rocket Mortgage had no right to tell Geico th CANCEL my Homeowners Ins on 7/26

I'm suffering a problem with 4 day's but roket Didn't have any customers service option in roket app..?
i downloaded the roket app. Then i try to log in to my account.
I enter my rocket account password in roket Agent call and then agent sending me OTP code for verification and the code is auto pasting in my apps.. My the apps show's me
(The inserted pin is not correct) All time
